Vanilla chia pudding

Vanilla chia pudding ๐Ÿ’—

Serves: 2 regular portions or 3 small

๐Ÿ”น460 ml unsweetened coconut almond milk

๐Ÿ”ธ80 gr. chia seeds

๐Ÿ”น1 vanilla bean

๐Ÿ”ธ25 gr. maple syrup

Combine the ingredients and stir well

Mix again after 5 minutes, then again after 5 minutes so the chia seeds donโ€™t fall down to the bottom

Cover and refrigerate until set ( about 4 hours)

Put the mixture into individual bowls and serve with fresh strawberries, almonds and coconut chips
